Interiority as a key pillar for the life project of the young Augustinian Recollects was the main theme of the third week of the course of preparation for solemn profession that is taking place in Mexico. The reflection on interiority was accompanied by the Augustinian Recollect Carlos González Castellanos, master of the professed in Las Rozas, Madrid.
From Monday to Thursday, the participants in the course reflected on the interior life, recalling what the different Popes have asked of the Augustinian Recollect family: to be masters of interiority. The dynamics were accompanied by interesting readings such as Juan Salvador Gaviota and multiple stories that helped them to focus on the real points that move the interior life and affect the apostolate as Augustinian Recollects.
The young simply professed also lived a space of reflection on the vow of poverty, accompanied by Javier Acero, following the reading of chapters 4 and 5 of the book Living Poverty: Grace and Challenge of the Prior General, Miguel Miro.
