The Augustinian Recollect Spirituality Centers - CEAR are a great response to today's man, a man who is uprooted, disintegrated and in search of meaning.The objective is in line with Pope Francis’ call: “We are called to create a society capable of recognizing the dignity of each person and of sharing the gift that each one is for the other”. Here they find their raison d’être.
It embraces the human being in all his dimension, without losing sight of the final objective: the encounter with the inner Master, who nourishes and enlivens the meaning and reason for existence.
Located in different parts of the world where the Augustinian Recollects are present, the CEAR offer spiritual formation and personal accompaniment in the journey of the Christian vocation.
The CEAR practice areas are:
Human growth
Through courses and workshops that facilitate self-knowledge, through the interiority proposed by St. Augustine. To walk the path of Jesus the man in order to reach Christ God.
Accompaniment
What used to be “spiritual direction” is now “integral accompaniment” with a more delicate treatment of the person.
Social action
By meeting the urgent needs of the place where they are located and transforming their environment. The measure of love is love without measure.
Augustinian experiences
Through silent retreats, spiritual exercises and prayer workshops where we speak from our own life and share it in the style of St. Augustine. Unification of the heart.
Training
It is a matter of forming people in Augustinian philosophy who have evangelical attitudes, capable of changing the world as Christians. Believe what you learn, teach what you believe, practice what you teach.
