The Recollect Augustinian Youth (RAY) has oficial statutes approved

The Recollect Augustinian Youth (RAY), governed by the norms of the present statutes, and in particular cases not stipulated in the Statutes, by the directives of the Prior General with consent of his council and of the most immediate superiors, carries out its mission within the limits of the civil laws of every country.
