Among the cardinals are chosen as Monsignor Jose Luis Lacunza Maestrojuan OAR, Bishop of David ( Panama).
In his words the Pope asked those present : ” Let us pray for the new Cardinals to renew their love for Christ , to witness his Gospel in Rome and in the world , and his pastoral experience more intensely sustain me in my apostolic service “.
