Monday: Community of La Junta – Sacred Heart Church
On Monday, at Sacred Heart Church in La Junta, the Prior General held a community meeting highlighting the missionary work that the parish carries out in the Sierra Tarahumara.
The testimonies inspired a deep appreciation for the efforts to bring the Gospel to the most vulnerable communities.
Tuesday: Community of Cuauhtémoc – San Martín de Porres Church
In Cuauhtémoc, on Tuesday, the day included a Mass and a meeting with the leaders of the pastoral ministries in the Church of St. Martin de Porres.
The Prior General explained the current situation of the Order of Augustinian Recollects, encouraging all to continue working with renewed fervor for the spiritual and social growth of their communities.
Wednesday: Community of Chihuahua – Cristo Sumo y Eterno Sacerdote (Christ the High and Eternal Priest Church)
On Wednesday, in the capital, the Prior General presided at Mass in the Church of Christ the High and Eternal Priest, followed by a meeting with the pastoral ministries.
In this space, the challenges and opportunities of pastoral work in urban environments were discussed, promoting the commitment of the laity in parish life.
Thursday: Community of Ciudad Delicias – San Juan Diego Church
Finally, on Thursday, in Ciudad Delicias, the Prior General met with the Secular Fraternity in the Church of San Juan Diego, where he explained the fundamental points of the Fraternity.
The day concluded with a mass in the church, which strengthened the bonds between the fraternity and the religious community.
