Those philosophers who listened to the supreme and true God; who is the author of the created things, and light of those that need to be known, the good of those that need to be done; who for us is the source of our nature, the truth of our doctrine and the joy of our lives; they may be called the platonics or a school of another name, they are those who carry our preference better than others and we confess that they are those who are closer to us.
