The General Chapter of 1938 charged the General Council with creating provinces in USA and Venezuela. By the end of 2003 the Province had 120 religious, distributed in 23 communities and dedicated to ministry (27 parishes), to education (7 colleges and 4 seminaries), and to the missions (the Prelature of Chota)
