The biographical landscape of St. Ezequiel is full of sick people. At times he lived by their side and always carried them in his heart. As a small boy he refused to go to the fiestas in order to stay with a sick friend. To carry on this work of service to the sick Fr. Sebastian Lopez de Murga founded the St. Ezequiel Moreno Foundation in 1976.
