The Order of Augustinian Recollects has presented the logo and pastoral motto for the academic year 2025-2026, as part of thein the framework of the Missionary Year that the whole Augustinian Recollect Family will live. With the motto “Proclaim Christ wherever you can”.taken from St. Augustine(Sermon 260 E, 2), and a dynamic and symbolic design, the Order invites us to rediscover the mission as a way of life marked by joy, courage and openness to the Spirit.
A year dedicated to mission
The Missionary Year 2026 will not simply be a time of activities, but, as Fr. Friar Ismael Xuruc, a “opportunity of grace and of profound renewal in our hearts as an Order”..
“It will be a time to rekindle that missionary gift that is an essential part of our charism, to awaken our hearts and allow ourselves to be flooded by the Spirit of Pentecost”.Ismael emphasizes.
St. Augustine’s call – ProclaimChrist wherever you can –resounds today as an urgent invitation to bring the Gospel to all cultures and existential peripheries, not only with words, but with the joyful witness of a life transformed by the encounter with Jesus.
A logo that inspires movement and hope
The design of the pastoral logo 2025-2026by Nohely Ceibaa young ARY from Venezuela, visually conveys this call to mission.
As explained in the brand manual :

The megaphone and the sandwich symbolize the announcement and the dialogue.

The fire and the cross represent the action of the Spirit and the center of our faith.

The red expresses dynamism and missionary zeal.

The combination of elements invites us to see the mission as open, joyful and hopeful.
In addition, the logo has been adapted to the official languages of the official languages of the Order -Spanish, English and Portuguese, with versions that resonate in the different cultural realities where we are present.
Announcing with life
The motto, as explained by Antonio Carrón explains, wants to “to proclaim Jesus Christ in every time and place, from the everyday and concrete, being living signs of his presence.” .
This call is not limited to words: it is a commitment to the Truth -the Augustinian value chosen for the 2026 academic year-, a way of living the Gospel with coherence and joy in families, schools, communities and in the world.

Resources and projection
During the course, the EDUCAR network will provide pedagogical and pastoral materials to develop the motto and its objectives. The aim is to foster the missionary spirit in the educational centers and in all the pastoral initiatives of the Augustinian Recollect family.
